This Confucian Chants album is included in the Sacred Chants 4-album collection (Chinese Buddhist, Tibetan Buddhist, Confucian, and Sufi chant cycles). Recorded by a choir of 12 voices from faculty and students at College of Classical Chinese Medicine at National University of Natural Medicine, many of the chants on these volumes are recorded for the first time.
Each volume of the Sacred Chants Collection includes spoken explanations and detailed written information about each chant. The downloadable music (with artwork and background material) make an excellent collection for your waiting and treatment rooms. In particular, the Confucian Chant album features 5 chant cycles that represent affirmations of the Five Virtues—especially suitable for Chinese medicine practitioners and their patients.
