Login Using IP Proxy Authentication and Member Account
We use an IP proxy authentication feature to give anyone with an account at your institution automatic access without cumbersome usernames and passwords. Please make sure to provide this information to our Site Team. If your school doesn’t use IP authentication, a username and password will suffice, but you’ll need to distribute that information to your community.
You can set up your credentials during the checkout process, or connect with our Site Team to establish those credentials. Rest assured, even with those credentials, user access to your account has been disabled so that your community members can’t access payment, personal, or other information.
