NET OF KNOWLEDGE
To bring you this program, we have partnered with Net of Knowledge, a global learning platform built for TCM and integrative health practitioners.

SCHEDULE
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS
-
As noted above, our Live event class meets every other Saturday, 10:00am-12:30pm (Pacific Time) beginning October 12, 2025.
-
Net of Knowledge sends email reminders before each class. But please review the schedule on this page and mark your calendars!
-
Our course meets for 18 class sessions over 9 months, with winter and summer breaks built into our schedule.
-
The recording of each Live class is always made available usually 2-3 days after, whether you attended or not. Net of Knowledge will send an email notification when recordings are ready to be viewed. Plan your schedule accordingly if you need to watch the recordings.
REGISTRATION TYPE
The classes are the same content and delivery for the General and Professional tracks.
GENERAL TRACK
-
No continuing education credits are available with this registration type.
-
A Program Certificate of Completion is available after successfully completing of all 18 classes (Live, Recorded, or a combination thereof). See more about the Program Certificate of Completion below.
PROFESSIONAL TRACK
-
Continuing education credits are available with this registration type. A certificate for 2.5 credits (NCCAOM PDA, California CEU, Florida CEU, and Standard Certificate* CEUs) is issued after each class in your Net of Knowledge account.
-
A Program Certificate of Completion is available after successfully completing of all 18 classes (Live, Recorded, or a combination thereof). See more about the Program Certificate of Completion below.
Obtain your 2.5 credit CE certificate for each class if you:
-
attend the live class, click the class checkout link, and complete the brief survey; OR
-
if you cannot attend the live class, watch the recording and:
a) complete the knowledge check worksheet
b) successfully pass the 10 question quiz
c) complete the brief survey
The added worksheet and quiz are standard requirements for recorded courses that replace a live teacher-student interaction. After successfully completing these requirements, your certificate should appear in your Net of Knowledge account.
Indeed the easier way to get credit is to attend the live class!
*Note about Standard Certificate CEUs: if you are in a profession other than acupuncture (e.g. massage therapist, naturopathic doctor, medical doctor, chiropractor, etc.) OR are from outside the United States, you can choose “Standard Certificate” in your Net of Knowledge profile and a professional certificate will be delivered to you after each class. While we don’t specifically certify with governing bodies for professions other than acupuncture or those outside the US, all courses on Net of Knowledge meet the highest standards of many professions — many of who accept the Standard Certificate.
ATTEND A LIVE CLASS OR WATCH THE RECORDING ON-DEMAND
HOW TO LOCATE RECORDINGS AFTER CLASS
The course is primarily considered a Live course, but we have worked with Net of Knowledge to make the recordings available for those who cannot attend a live class, whether you are enrolled for Continuing Education credit or not.
-
Recordings are in the week following the Live class. Net of Knowledge needs 3-4 working days to prepare the videos. Please note this when considering your schedule.
-
Recordings are posted on the respective class page, under the Recordings tab (My Knowledge > My Events).
-
Net of Knowledge will send an email when recordings are ready to view.
IMPORTANT: PROFESSIONAL LEVEL ATTENDEES
For those enrolled in the course for Continuing Education credit, a copy of the class recording is also dropped into My Courses for you for the purposes of obtaining credit. Those recordings are located in My Knowledge > My Courses.
The My Courses copy of the recording is the version that you must watch to receive credit. Be sure to successfully complete the worksheet and quiz after viewing the recordings in their entirety and your certificate will be delivered immediately.
You will still have access to the recording for at least two years, but you must complete the on-demand version in My Courses in order to receive credit.
The course is delivered this way because every class is considered a live event by Net of Knowledge terms, and certificates cannot be delivered on the Live class page after they have occurred. The required worksheet and quiz for Recorded version of the class are only available in the on-demand version in My Courses.
QUESTION AND ANSWER
LIVE Q&A
The last 20-30 minutes of each Live class will be devoted to a question and answer period with Heiner and Michael. Questions can be posed in the Zoom chat module. Keep in mind that each class will contain a lot of material so there is limited time for Q&A at the end.
Here are some guidelines to be mindful of when asking questions:
-
Make your questions clear and concise.
-
Be aware of the limited time we have, so consider whether your question has already been asked or answered.
-
Ask questions that will be relevant for the group (i.e. not focused only on personal needs)
-
If you would like to ask the question of Heiner directly, please note that your question. Otherwise, the moderator will be happy to ask your question.
ONLINE Q&A
With a large group, there are often too many questions to be answered in the given timeframe of the Live class, so we recommend you post them online.
A question module for each class is located on the Net of Knowledge platform where you can ask questions that didn’t get answered during class or arose as you watched the recording after the class. One of the instructors will respond as time allows before the next class. This feature allows others in the program to view the question and answer. Please be sure to post your question in the correct class!
You will find the collated questions from each class are available to view on the course landing page (My Knowledge > My Events).
Note: the system only allows a participant to post one question before it is answered, so be thoughtful in what you ask.
PROGRAM CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
We understand how important certifications are these days. We also recognize that if you put forth the effort and resources to be in this course, leaving with an indication of your participation is important.
Originally we could only issue a program certificate for those who registered for the Professional level (CEU/PDA credits), and we promoted the course that way.
Net of Knowledge will issue a Program Certificate of Completion from ClassicalChineseMedicine.org after you have successfully completed of all 18 classes (Live, Recorded, or a combination thereof).
This certificate should not be confused with professional CEU/PDA credit, whether in or outside the United States. This is only to show you attended the classes and does not meet the criteria for professional continuing education credit.
This color certificate can be framed and hung on your clinic or office wall!
